It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elvean Mullins of Washington, West Virginia, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Ora and Eula Mae Mullins (Melton); his wife Martha Will Scoggins Mullins (Harbuck); and his siblings, Ora Mae Hogan, Vernell Wimberly and James Wilbur Mullins.

He is survived by : his sons, Christopher Mullins (Patty) of Washington, WV and James Mullins (Jacqualin) of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, David, Dawn and Danielle Mullins; and his sister Jean Wilson of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
