He is survived by: his wife Nola Tackett; his children, Vincent Tackett (Beverly) and Tina Eagle; his stepchildren, Tim Bush (Tammy), Ronnie Bush (Lou) and Debbie Blough; his siblings, Connie Tony, Janet Surface and John Edman Tackett; and his grandchildren, Kody Williams, Kory Williams (Madison), Karlee Williams and Brandon Smith (Christy). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
