She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Lemsky, and Mary Warzinski Lemsky, Sr.; her husband Anthony Joseph Fuscardo, Sr.; and her siblings, Irene Cummings, Raymond Lemsky and Walter "Sid" Lemsky, Jr..

She is survived by : her children, Anthony J. "Tony", Roseann Llewellyn (Steven) and Vickie Chappell (Ken Smith); her grandchildren, Leslie Ann Fuscardo (Kyle Hood), Chad Chappell (Kara), Anthony J., Fuscardo, III (P. J.) and Kristin Pinti; and her great grandchildren, Cole Jacob, Joey, Charlie, Caleb and Cody.
