It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Randolph Hood in Weirton, West Virginia, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James C. Hood and Mary Hood (Howlett). He is survived by : his wife Connie Hood (Lemasters); his children, Meredith Hood (Luke Bowman), Melissa Benges (Nick) and Jonathan Hood (Alison); his stepdaughter Chelsea Saunders of Follansbee, WV; his brother Larry Hood (Valerie) of Wellsburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Annie, Jaxon, Ainsley and Kody. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
