It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Allas of Weirton, West Virginia, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Olenick Sr. and Barbara Olenick (Tomasko); her son Matthew Marker Allas; and her siblings, Vivian Kosarik, Barbara Whitco and Michael Herceg.
She is survived by : her sons, Joshua Allas of Zeblon, NC and Zachary Allas (Kelanie Blanton) of Weirton, WV; her granddaughter Sadie Marie Allas; and her siblings, Marjorie Copenhaver of Follansbee, WV and Joseph Olenick Jr. (Frances) of Colliers, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 12th 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the James Funeral Home (1245 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 12th 2021 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
