We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2021, at the age of 95, Cecil Lockhart of Welch, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Lockhart and Rosetta Cline Lockhart; and his sons, Stephen Lockhart and Stanley Lockhart. He is survived by : his wife Helen Cline Lockhart; his grandchildren, Cindy Petitte (Joe), Stephanie Lanham (Josh) and Candi Bean; his great grandchildren, Ava, Luca, Audrey, Alexa, Ari and Ozma; and his pets, Cephas, Molly and Casper. He is also survived by 7 children.
