She is survived by : her children, Jennifer Tate (Justin) of Rural Retreat, VA, Jessica Howerton of Circleville, OH and Randy Miller Howerton of Virginia; her siblings, Jeannie Spence (Eddie) of Bluefield, WV, Sidney Russell Hale, Jr. of Springville, VA and Karl Gene Hammonds, Jr. of Bluefield, WV; her fiancé James Crigger; and her stepdaughter Angela Hanshaw (Michael) of Welch, WV.
