She was predeceased by : her parents, Clint Sr. Ferguson and Sallie A. Ferguson (Wade); her husband William Henry Powell Sr.; her daughter Elizabeth Ann Powell; and her siblings, Clara, William Henry, Clint Jr., Josephine, James, John, Marsha, Cesheloia, George, Benjamin, Helen, Pearl, Eleanora, Thelma and Mary.
She is survived by : her children, Rannetta J of Elkhorn, Brenda J. of Elkhorn and William H. Powell Jr. of Elkhorn; her adoptive daughter Mary Redd of Georgia; her grandchildren, Traci, Karima, Rashea and William; her great grandchildren, Jae, Terrell, Deiyante, Amir, Elijah, Tyquise, Shinyah, Kennedi and Aiyana; her sister Queenie Bush of Cleveland, OH; her siblings-in-law, Jerome Powell (Evangelist Sharon), Terry McCoy of Princeton and Loretta Powell of Ohio; her goddaughter Tameika Martin; and also Church. She is also survived by nephews, nieces.
Services entrusted to Gregory-Page Funeral Home in Welch, WV, (to leave online condolences: gregory-pagefh. com.) Both COVID protocol and the wearing of masks will be followed.
