She was predeceased by : her mother Minnie Bailey; her sisters, Carol June, Rosella and Opal; and her sons, Frank Jr. and Rex Allen.

She is survived by : her close friend James Bryant of North Welch; and her children, Angela Allen of Princeton, WV, Katessa Stevens of Iaeger, WV, Thomas Hughes of Big Sandy, WV, Walter Hughes of Roderfield, WV and Vince Hughes of Big Sandy, WV. She is also survived by several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
