Glen Allen Rotenberry Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2025, at the age of 71, Glen Allen Rotenberry (Welch, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Glen may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Glen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Jr. Rotenberry and Opal Juanita Wright Rotenberry; and his brothers, Pete Rotenberry and David Rotenberry. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Clemins of Carswell, WV, Rebecca Sue Torres (Kenny) of Bluefield, VA, Sammy Rotenberry (Tammy) of Bluefield, WV and Clifford Rotenberry (Janice) of Carswell, WV; his pet Bubby; and his friend Doug Denton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fanning Funeral Home (19816 Coal Heritage Rd, Welch, WV 24801). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park.
