Smith; her sister Evelyn Foote of Grand Rapids, MI; her grandchildren, Amy Baker (Mike) of Wellsburg, WV, Sheena Hays (Jason) of Valley Grove, WV, Jessica Utt (Justin) of Follansbee and Steve Koren (Devon); her great grandchildren, Tristin, Abel Hayes, Zayden, Landrek Baker, Jerri, Jayanna Wilson, Tucker, Kason and Colt Koren; and her great great grandchild Jameson.
