He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Miller, and Hilda Maxine Miller, Sr. (Coen); and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Dee Miller, Sr., Mina Marie Roberts, Carl Miller of Wellsburg, WV, Rex Miller (Brenda) of Wellsburg, WV, Albert Miller (Janie) of Smithfield, OH and June Henthorn (Chris) of Wellsburg, WV.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Miller (Rhodes); and his daughter Rebecca Miller of Grand Prairie, TX. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
