It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Franklin C. Rafus of Westover, West Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Rafus and Veronica Kendralla Rafus; his wife Mary M. Viola Rafus; and his siblings, Mary, Anna, Victoria, Agnes, Josephine, Cathy, Joe, William and Anthony.

He is survived by : his sister-in-law Edie Viola; and his siblings, Andrew Rafus, Jr. (Jean) and Frances Raven.

Due to Covid-19, no viewing or memorial mass will be held.
