Duane Allen Sykes Obituary
In loving memory of Duane Allen Sykes of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, who departed this world on July 19, 2025 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd L. Sykes and Margie R. Walkup Sykes; his brother Orville "Bub" Sykes (Kathleen "Kathy"); his niece Melinda "Mindy" S. Sykes; and his siblings, Edward "Eddie" Sykes and Sharon Louise Craft.
He is survived by: his wife Angelia L. Mabry Sykes; his children, Sheena Sykes (Larry Spence), Dan Sykes of Gap Mills, Aundrae'Sykes of Fairmont and Blake Sykes (Ashley) of Kalamazoo, Michigan; his grandchildren, Ian Sykes, Ethan Sykes of Fairmont, Layton Sykes and Laurel Sykes of Kalamazoo, Michigan; and his brothers, Mike Sykes (Ginger) of Dawson, Doug Sykes (Cindy) of Clintonville and David Sykes (Jane) of Clintonville.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wild Meadow Baptist Church (2817 Pocahontas Trl, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
