She is survived by : her husband Kenneth Carter, Sr.; her children, Karen Winkfield, Kayla Mann (Dale), Tracy Berry (Thomas), Kenneth Carter, Jr. (Rosemary) and Kendrick Carter (Becky); her grandchildren, Marcus Berry (Misty), Matthew Winkfield (Patrice), Michael Winkfield (Lillah), Monica Wilmer (Mike), Tonita Dixon (Jamal), Kadin Burris (Hannah), Keith Berry (Brianna), Allie Hicks (Greg), Koah Carter and Kennox Lee Carter; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Berry, Whitney Pack, Natasha Pack, Taylor Noel, Bryce Winkfield, Braxtyn Winkfield, Summer Berry, Kaylee Berry, Rowan Wilmer of Amani Carter, A. J, Dixon and Keyana Berry.
