She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Lee and Kathlyn "Nootsie" Vance Sanders; her daughter Michelle "Shelly" McIntire (George "Sonny" McIntire); and her siblings, Linda Ruth Sanders, Peggy Viars and Ernest "Ernie" Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, George "Mike" McIntire (Alicia) and Sandy McIntire-Peters (Robert); her sister Beverly Dawn Jones (John); her grandson Aaron Brandon Wright; and her great grandchildren, Roman and Paxton Wright. She is also survived by Numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
The family suggests making a donation to the Shelly McIntire Scholarship at the Bank of Monroe at 790 North Jefferson Street in Lewisburg, WV 24901.
