Banks of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, born in Ronceverte, West Virginia, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John L. Banks and Alice Jackson Banks; and her siblings, Mary Preston, Sarah Carter, James Preston and Houston Preston.
She is survived by : her brother Jerry W. Preston. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
