He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Carrington and Delcie Mae Riley Carrington; and his siblings, Clarence, Harvey, Leck, Charles, Vergil, Everette Carrington, Bob Mullins, Edith McQuade, Edna Carrington and Mabel Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Louise Wykle Carrington; his children, Michael Carrington (Carol), Christopher Carrington (Sarah) of Maxwelton, WV, Peggy Withrow (Kenny) of Homosassa, FL and Cindy Bennett (Jesse) of Lewisburg, WV; his nephew Steven Grim of Virginia Beach, VA; and his grandchildren, Steve, Ashley, Kelly Withrow, Kim Burke, Nicholas Carrington, Gaige Ratliff and Cadyn Fauber.
