It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Fullen (Williamson, West Virginia), who passed away on April 5, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Davis and Annie Lou Mathis Davis; and her brothers, James M. Davis, Jr. and William C. Davis. She is survived by: her children, Connie Faye Seals of Williamson and William Thomas Fullen (Latonya) of Wadesboro; her stepsons, Harold Fullen of Columbus and Glenn Fullen of Michigan; and her siblings, Thelma J. Smoot Miller of Clinton, Carolyn A. Saunders of Matewan and Erskine T. Davis of Matewan. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
