It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joe Allen Coulter of Williamstown, West Virginia, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Roger Coulter and Gay White Coulter; his wife Nancy; his children, Christopher (Lori) and Jodi; his sisters, Ruth Bryan and Virginia Cottrell; his daughter Jennifer; his siblings, David Coulter and Sue Carpenter; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Coulter, Tom Bryan and Jack Cottrell.
