He was predeceased by : his parents, James Lee Duvall and Kate Norman Duvall. He is survived by : his siblings, Timothy Lee Duvall (Susan) of Williamstown, WV and Rebecca Duvall Deem (Mike) of Ripley, WV; his nephews, Chad Duvall of Williamstown, WV and Jason Deem Of St; and his niece Michelle Winnell of Ripley, WV. He is also survived by three great nephews and nieces and three great great nephews and nieces and several cousins.
