He is survived by: his wife Darlene Tackett; his children, Dr. Jason Tackett (Missy), Amber Kinder (Andy) and Justin Tackett (Johnna); his grandchildren, Aiden, Bailey Tackett, Reece Tackett, Shane Wells (Autumn), Codie Wells (Danica), Rylie Wells, Alyssa Jackson (Eric) and Laci Kimberly (Seth); his great grandchildren, Levi Wells, Addie Jackson and Grayson Jackson; and his brother Louie Tackett (Reda).
