He is survived by : his parents, Justin Guzman and Hillary Guzman; his significant other Shelbee; his sister BreeAnn; his brother-in-law Sam Skinner; his brother Brandon; and his grandparents, Roy, Jane Rayback, Richard, Dolores Guzman and John Porter. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
