He is survived by : his parents, Brad Leavitt (Selanie) and Reba Straw; his children, Bailey Louise and Wyatt DeLoy; his stepfather Mike Straw; his siblings, Tyrel Leavitt (Momoko), Seth Leavitt (Kortney) and Megan Eddins (Tyler); and his grandparents, Stephen, Lawanna Campbell and Penny.
