She was predeceased by : her parents, Dick Leavitt and Lovina Leavitt; her daughter-in-law Trisha Booth; her siblings, Wayne (Carma Skinner), Wyoma (John Hale), Lawrence (Vernell Leavitt), Ross (Hazel Leavitt), Aloha (Chip Bennett), Gary (Merlene Leavitt), Ralph (Brenda Leavitt) and Audrey Lee; and also, Douglas, Beatrice Booth and Kelly Lynn Booth.
She is survived by : her husband Calvin D. Booth; her sons, Kirby Douglas, Kelly Lynn and Larry Wayne (Becky); and her grandchildren, Joe Booth, Callee O'Leary, Will Booth, Joanne Blair, Zachariah Booth and Matthew Booth. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, one great great grandson and many, many nieces and nephews.
