He is survived by: his son Joshua Patrick Donnell; his parents, Douglas Donnell and Jessica Donnell; his brother Samuel; his great-grandparent Lorraine Hazen of Bradford, PA; his grandparents, Sally Donnell of Sun City, AZ, Gerald and Jacklyn Hazen of Port Allegany, PA; his aunts and uncles, Joanna Donnell of Seligman, AZ, Jennifer Hazen, Michael DiLonardo of Italy, Jeremy and Joelle Hazen of Cresco, PA; and his cousins, Jentra, Sophia DiLonardo and Michellina Hazen of Cresco, PA. He is also survived by many great aunts and uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Women's Resource Center in Gillette, WY.
