He is survived by: his mother Neva Curtis (Smith); his wife Jane Curtis; his children, John Curtis (Christy), Amy Curtis and Leslie; his grandchildren, Ayelin Curtis, Zoey Curtis and Owen Curtis; his siblings, Carl B. Curtis and Wanda Craighead (Steve); his niece Caitlin; and his nephew Clayton.
