She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Williams (Kiser) and Mark Williams; and her son Shawn Fochtman. She is survived by: her husband Howard C. Fochtman; her son Justin Fochtman; and her siblings, Julie Thomas, Mike Williams and Helen Ford. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
