She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Margaret Smith; her daughter Regina Ann Storms; and her siblings, Francis, Earl, Leroy, Eddie, Grafton, Paul, Joe, Dorothy, Lucille, Marie and Rosie.

She is survived by: her husband Billie Storms; her children, Linda Andrews (Mike), Debbie Storms (John Paul McIntosh), Carol Price (Ronne) and Robert "Bob" Storms (Crystal); and her sister Mary Orsini. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to the Alzheimer's Association or Davis Hospice Center.
