It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Quinlivan of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Torrington, Wyoming, who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael and Lodisa; and his former life partner Patsy. He is survived by : his sisters, Jeanette Snow and Connie Schwab (Dwayne); his children, Keri Lynn and Kevin Charles (Jen); and his grandchildren, Heather, Brandon, Camden, Austin, Hunter, Caden and Sienna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
