She was predeceased by : her former life partner Jerry McCord; her parents, Lois A. Stephens and Charles E. Morris; her granddaughter Hannah Mattox; and her pet Sophie.

She is survived by : her husband Larry Christy; her children, Shelley Kokai and Jason McCord; her grandchildren, Kyleigh McVay, Katelynn McCord of Oklahoma, Isabel Willams of Oklahoma and Jack McCord of Cheyenne; and her sister-in-law Diana Hatch. She is also survived by her 5 great grandchildren.
