She was predeceased by: her parents, Gail Butler and Lela Butler; her husband Eugene Mikesell; her children, Jeanette Bastian (Ted), Steve Mikesell, Joe Mikesell (Sharon), Barbara Lyn and Thomas; her husband Norris Murdock; and her siblings, Loretta Cullison, Harold Butler, Clara Kruppa and Nigel Butler.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Vicki Abbott (Brent), N. Kent Murdock (Charmain), Kerry Murdock (late Lillian), Darla Thompson (Rod) and Debbie Clayton. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 70 great-grandchildren and 25 great-great grandchildren.
