We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2019, at the age of 75, James Le Roy Eagan (Cheyenne, Wyoming), born in Salem, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eagan and Wanda Eagan; and his sister Janet Hall. He is survived by: his significant other Bessie Fozzard; his children, Tara Charlton of Texas and James Eagan of Texas; his siblings, Garrel Eagan of Illinois and Sharon Hindman of Illinois; and his friend Rae Morgan.
