He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Pete Pacheco and Bertha Pacheco (Ronish); his wife Regina Garrison (Clapp); his children, Emily Rose (Ethan Karp) of Denver and Sean F. Pacheco of Ft. Collins; his sister Janet Gissendanner (Steve); his nephew Chip Halverson of Cheyenne; his niece Dawn Munk (Regina) of Utah; and his close friends, Judy, Michael, Yogi, Todd and Sally.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and concerns, memorial services will be announced at a later date.
