John Lucas Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Lucas of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Vine Grove, Kentucky, who passed away on March 7, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil L. Lucas and Lena K. Lucas (Layman); and his sister Norma Jean Culpepper. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sister Phyllis Stone; his children, Mitch Lucas (Mary), Kim Selin (Greg), Cara Strawn and Shelly Greenwood (Ernie); and his grandchildren, Jerome Lucas, Ashley Lucas, Mitch Bengston, James Bengston, Andria Bengston, Nicole Maestas, Hayley Stevens and J. D. Wegele. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
