It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kerry Lin Balcaen of Cheyenne, Wyoming, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kerry Lin Balcaen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carleen Balcaen and Elmer Balcaen; and his sisters, Kathy Martin and Debbye Lathrop. He is survived by: his children, Tanner Balcaen (Staci) and Hailey Riley (Jason); his grandchild Tatum Balcaen; his children, Nicole Sanford, Jax Balcaen, Keegan, Hudson and Brendan Riley; and his brother Kevin Balcaen. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of choice.
