He was predeceased by: his father Col. Frederick Roybal, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Swindell-Roybal; his mother Mary (Cheyenne); his siblings, Scott (Cheyenne), Christina Dittmar (Dwight), Jonathan and Annette of Oklahoma City, OK; and his siblings' children, Nicole Mirabal and Benjamin Armendariz. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
