He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Ivie; his wife Elizabeth Dianne Rose; his children, Aaron James (Michaela) and Danielle Elizabeth; his siblings, Jeffrey Ivie (Angela) and Karla Ivie; his parents-in-law, Jim and Luci Rose; and his brother-in-law Bob Rose (Melinda). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
