He is survived by : his parents, Richard Edward and Patsy Gail Winger (Newman); his wife Felice Winger; his children, Dave Hoggan (Allyson), Phil Winger (Katlyn), Deano Winger (Ashyne) and Josiah Winger; his grandchildren, Leah Marie Hoggan and Phil Edward Winger; his siblings, Gary Winger (Katalina), Sandy Humphrey (Brian) and Paul Winger (Lena); and also Richard Edward Winger.
