She was predeceased by: her parents, George Saigeon and Myrtle Anderson; and her husband David William Charlton. She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce Reay (Irvin) of Durham, Wayne Saigeon (Pat) of Grimsby and Ontario; and her children, Diana Olsen (Evan) of Bear River, WY, Berkley Charlton (Tami) of Orem, UT, David Williams (Carla) of Athens, OH, Christina Muller (Steven) of Evanston, WY, Helene Taylor (Robert) of Lewisville, ID and Heather Streuber (Gregory) of Cheyenne, WY.. She is also survived by six children, 31 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
Charitable donations may be made in in Rheta's behalf to the United Way of Carbon County, where she served as Executive Director for many years.
