He was predeceased by: his parents, Halbert Lowther and Sylvia Jane Wyatt Lowther; his siblings, Delbert Lowther and Deloris Black; his grandson Brian Lowther; and his great grandchild Alexis Hartshorn.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Art (Trisha), James (Mindy), Clayton (Nicki), Virginia Knight, Janet Pattison (Ed), Shelia Buss (Martin) and Trudy Hess; his sister Louise Smith; and his pet Bootsy. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
