She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Garner and Velma Garner; her husband Jesse E Sullivan, Sr.; her son Jesse E. Sullivan Jr.; and her brother Joseph "Sonny" Garner Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Hunt of Gillette, WY and Gwen Fullington of Burleson, TX; her daughter-in-law Norma Sullivan of Gillette, WY; her grandchildren, Stacy Eastman of Fort Worth, TX, Jennifer Rossiter of Greenville, NC, Tina Krieter (Duane) of Gillette, WY, Jessica Petri (Hawk) of Gillette, WY, Jamie Sullivan of Gillette, WY and Joshua Sullivan of Gillette, WY; and her siblings, Kay Haight (Les), Sue DeGaugh, Anita Williams and Mike Garner (Alvina) of Gillette, WY. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
