He is survived by: his sister Karen Hertzog of Missoula, MT; his children, Alicia Matheson (Ron) of Gillette, Kari Hovde of Gillette, Anna Gillespie (Jon) of Gillette and Erik Hovde (Melissa) of Rapid City, SD; and his grandchildren, Trusty Matheson (Colbi), Brooke Cardoza (Zach), Heather Monson (Casey), Braik Hurm, Henry, Oliver and Reuben Hovde. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
