He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Simpson and Joyce Simpson (Eggert); and his brother Timothy Simpson. He is survived by: his son Roman Simpson; and his siblings, Annye Love, Robert Simpson (Rita), Becky Franklin, Stephen Simpson (Jodi), Philip Simpson (Ruth) and Sarah Lichtenbarger (Kerry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to be made to benefit Wyoming Tactical Rifle Championship for their wounded warrior charity.
