He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul Plotke and Alice Dorothy Plotke (Honjowski); his wife Ann Plotke; and his sons, Johnny Phillip Plotke and Jason Peyton Plotke.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Liles (Windell) of Cedar Park, TX; his granddaughter Amber Plotke; his great grandchild Cecelia Plotke; his grandchildren, Lane Liles (Nina), Paige Cooper (Brett) and Brooke Crawford (Josh); his siblings, Gerald Plotke and Audrey Janas (Matt); and his close friend Connie Filly.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Fireside Horseshoe Club or Gillette Youth Bowling Association in memory of Phillip Plotke.
