He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Mallak and Frances Mallak (Blazeski); his son Phillip; his son-in-law David Jackson; his grandson David Knigge; his great grandchild Chrome; his brother-in-law Roger Niedzielski; his nephew Steven; and his great-nephew Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Mallak; his children, Troy Mallak (Lori) of Gillette, Melissa Beasly of Gillette, Toni Bradley (Bill) of Gillette, Tana Kimber of Casper, Todd Mallak of Colorado Springs, Jason Rokowski of Casper and Jessica Larkins (Chris) of Denver; and his siblings, Bernard Mallak (Mary Anne) of Little Falls, Irene Hudek (Tom) of Maple Lake, Rose Ranweiler (Ron) of Johns Island, Sylvester Mallak (Betty) of St. Cloud, Minnesota, Rita Barrett (Gene) of St. Cloud, Minnesota and Jan Baert (Ron) of St. Cloud, Minnesota. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
