It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shanie Lyn Patterson (Gillette, Wyoming), who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Michael Hughes; her grandparents, Delmar Marsh, Betty Dorr, Woodrow Hughes (Woody) and Ethel Throne; and her niece Zoe (Charity Saathoff).
She is survived by: her husband Chris C. Patterson; her children, Casin and Harper; her mother Rene Harris (Dennis); her sister Kallie Pitzl (Kevin); her stepfather Scott Miller (Patti); her grandparents, Alan, Bernie Miller and Bill Dorr; her parents-in-law, Gary and Bev Patterson; her siblings-in-law, Shalane Patterson Pinkerton (Kelly) and Sam Patterson (Jess); her nephews, Dakota, Dalton, Barrett and Bodie; and her niece Willow. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many beloved friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest a donation be made to the Shanie Hughes Patterson Benefit Account established at 1st Northern Bank in Gillette, WY.
