He is survived by: his former wife Cindy Oliphant; his daughter Erin Beth of Denver, Colorado; his wife Shirra Jenkins; his children, Luke and Lindsey Bohlender of Denver, Colorado; his granddaughter Ava Bohlender; and his brothers, Dr. Robert Bohlender of North Platte and Rick Bohlender of Fort Collins, Colorado..
