He was predeceased by: his grandmother Della Anderson. He is survived by: his parents, Duane Leonard and Jolene Leonard; his sisters, Cassandra Veal (Matt) and Roni Leonard (Arthur Allen); his fiancé Destani Dulany; his daughters, Savahanna, Brystal and Burk; his nephews, Ashton, Oliver and Allen; his niece Maggie; his grandparents, Betty and Bill Clouse; and his grandchildren, Jimmy Anderson, LaVonn Orkney and Raylynn Leonard. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
All donations will be used to start a College fund for his girls.
