He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Rodney and Shirley May Phipps (Jordan); his grandsons, Brantley and Ryker Phipps; his children, Erick Phipps (Cyera) of Glenrock and Courtney Rawdon of Casper, Wyoming; and his brothers, Bruce Phipps, Joseph Phipps and Gary Phipps.
